My husband and I was getting relocated to Wisconsin in Oct 08. I contacted Trans National Van Lines to handle my move. The phone conversations that I had with them were good and the set up was fine. When I got a call from the movers there were going to be late they were over a day late and when they showed up at my house the already had a full truck. They started to get a VERY bad attitude about us and the move. They had to find a new truck to move or items and didn't want to. They had already made us late for my husband reporting to Ft McCoy. They wanted to stay at our house that night and we told them no. When we did finally receive our items 3 days late we had a lot of items damaged when I filed my claim the movers change my paperwork to say that the items were already damaged and Trans National Van Lines let them get away with this. When they were moving my items in they would ask to use the bathroom and stole my diamond tennis bracelet out of the draw in the bathroom. The mover was Quick and Easy Movers. Please Please don't use this company if you want you things to be safe. They just throw my items on there truck and didn't care for any of it. Then I was over charged by almost 1000.00 dollars
