Trans United has continually lied to me. We went under contract to have them move furniture from Texas to Georgia. This group has continually told us the items were in route and would be delivered, only to tell us that it had not been picked up, it was in transit, it was in a storage facility in Dallas, etc. etc., etc., We are filing grand larceny charges against this firm in both Texas and Florida. In our experience with them, they are crooks. They place you on hold for long periods of time, only to hang up. They are the worst.
