My family and I decided to move back to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where my husband's family and my family live. The living costs have just gotten to expensive for both of us to handle over here. We have 2 children both over 10 years old. We heard about Trusted Van Lines though a friend who recently used them to move with in the state of California. She told us that they also do interstate business. We decided to give them a call and set up a move quote. We also ended up scheduling a free visual where someone came to our previous home to get a feel for the things we were moving. We got a very accurate quote in about 20 minutes. The man who came to our house was named Royi. He was a very pleasant man who seemed to know his stuff very well. We talked about packing and the travel time and we compromised on a $7000 job. This was a bit on the high end but in the end well worth it. The men arrived at our house a day before in the morning on time to complete a full packing job for us. They wrapped our dishes, books, furniture, everything. The next day they came to pick up around 8:30am in the morning to load everything on the truck. The men that arrived was the same team we had come prep our things the day before. They were very polite and courtious. They took the time to explain how everything worked and how long it would take to reach our new home. They were very careful with our more delicate items to make sure that they arrived safely. In about 8 days they arrived out our new home in Pittsburgh and unloaded and unpack EVERYTHING!! I was so impressed. When my husband and I signed up for the full packing we didnt know that they would unpack everything and put it back basically just how they found it before they moved. The $7000 job was well worth the cost. We barely had to do any work. The men were very professional and diligent from start to finish. They only took one break at the beginning of the packing move and one break when unloading. I ended up feeding these guys a meal because they worked so hard. I was very pleased.
