I moved from California to Sunrise, Fl. I moved because I received a new job opportunity with a production company on the east coast. I researched many different van companies as well as asked relatives and friends for help on who to avoid. Let me tell you that Yelp.com is a great site and thats actually where I found Trusted Van Lines. This company was very efficient from the start. They made sure that my estimate was precise based on the items I was moving. They were very attentive as well as courteous and understanding. I moved out of a 2 bedroom apartment into a 2 bedroom condo. I ended up packing most of the items myself but on the day of the move the men who packed my belongings did a very good job of making sure all of my furniture was secure and safe. The men were very pleasant to work with. They only took one break the whole time they spent packing up my things. I moved from the 3rd story of an apartment complex which made the duration of loading last a bit longer. But I had no problem with the men taking extra care of my things while in the process of moving everything down stairs.
I was very pleased that this company sent a 3 man team because, to me, it made more sense to have 3 men moving heavy items like a bed or sofa than only 2. Some of the companies that called me about my move told me that they would send a 2 man team to take care of my move, and I thought to myself how ridiculous that sounded. It would be almost impossible to move things as heavy as that as well as taking good care of my furniture. Trusted even offered a 4 man team!!! But I was satisfied with just 3 men.
I was very pleased that the men arrived within the duration of time that was stated to me which was about 14 business days. The same team who loaded all my things at the beginning was the same group of guys to unload at my new location in Sunrise. They were very cooperative thoughout the whole move. I was very impressed that they didnt break anything as well.
This company was most definitely the best. I was nothing but pleased. The best part was that there were no surprise fees at the end. My brother in law warned me about companies who give out prices that seemed to good to be true. Theres a reason for that because they end up charging more at the end. But with Trusted what we agreed on at the beginning is what I paid. I was very happy all together.
