It is with complete frustration that I am posting this review. On April 30, 2007, the Noblesville (IN) Franchise of Two Men and a Truck moved us to our new house 5 minutes away from the house we were currently living in. We had significant damage to many pieces to our furniture as well as appliances (refrigerator and washing machine) and our new veneer flooring. They did fix damage to the drywall late in May but I have not been able to make any progress since then nor will the management take any of my calls which were following dates: 5/23, 6/4, 6/7, 6/15, 6/21, 6/22,6/28 and 7/2.
We requested FULL refund of my moving cost mainly due to the way I was treated (abused) by your employee on the day of the move, but also because of all the stuff that was left unassembled and for all the boxes that were placed in the wrong areas of the house that we had to relocate to the proper areas.
After another round of calls today 9-25 we got a check for the refund.
