"The other reviews were posted by this company not real customers. I'm posting my review on every site I can so hopefully the next person doesn't make the same mistake I did and use this company. After seeing a bunch of great reviews I decided to book with this company. The week of the move they sent us an email at closing the day before pick up changing their pick up date. This was after we called multiple times to confirm a July 3rd pick up. They wanted to change it the July 5th. Since we had non refundable travel arrangements this was unacceptable and after a night of anxiety and a morning of calling until we finally got someone to pick up we forced them to honor our 2 month long reservation. The movers said they would arrive between 3-5pm but they didn't show up till 11pm at night. During pick up the doubled our estimate. They do this by saying a bed is one item on the estimate then when they picked up it is 10 - bed, box spring, bed rails, head board, foot board, screws, etc. It was almost midnight and they had all our stuff already in their truck. We had no option but to pay up. We were told delivery would be 3-10 days but a max of 15. 25 days later and over 100 calls and emails our stuff showed up. During this time we did more research on the company and every other site has awful reviews. They are the worst mover company I have every dealt with. Manisha and Paula specifically are AWFUL at their jobs. Paula, the manager, told me in an email at one point everyone's stuff shows up damaged. We were not expecting much and upon delivery every box was damaged. I should also add the driver called me 4 hours before delivery. We were promised 24 hour notice. A few items were damaged but the biggest item was our brand new entertainment center (purchased June 2012). We will be filing a claim. It arrived destroyed. The tops were ripped off each piece and the sides on two of the three pieces were no longer attached. I wish I could upload pictures. Please be warned if you use this company they will treat you the same way they treated us."
