NOTHING BUT LIES! We hired Uber Movers to move us from Philadelphia, PA to Celebration, FL. They arrived on time on 8/29/13. Our quote was WAY off. We did try to update it over the phone, but they kept telling us to call customer service, which is who we were calling. The driver told us and wrote on our contract that our stuff would be available for delivery within 2-12 days, but they were on their way to GA that night. On 9/7/13 we were told after numerous calls to them, that they would load our stuff on the truck that day and it would be to us in 3 days. On 9/10 our stuff never showed up we called them again. After calling them again they said our stuff would be here on 9/13 or 9/14 and the driver would call us the day before. He never showed up or even called. We were told on 9/14 our stuff was in NC and would be here on 9/16. It didn't show up again. We called for days no one called us back. We filed a complaint with the BBB and finally got a call back. We were told that our complaint was premature since they have 30 days to deliver our stuff. We were then told it would be here on 9/25 and the driver would call us 24hrs ahead of time. It is now 8:04pm on 9/25/13 and we still don't have our stuff after 4 promised delivery dates and to top it off they are charging us an extra 10% on top of everything stating fuel costs. I have two toddlers sleeping on the floor with us. We have nothing except what we could fit in the two cars we drove down here. We have taken the next step and filed a complaint with the Federal Gov't who regulates this area of business.
