Big Fraud...False Promises

The Worst Company!!! Full of false promises!!!
Well, I am the latest victim to this fraud company. After seeing so many positive reviews and the hard selling of the company credentails by their Sales Rep naemd "Bruce", I was convinced that it would be a good company for moving my items from Edison, NJ to Dallas, TX, despite them charging 20% more than the lowest bid I had received.
Everything about this company is wrong and do not fall prey to their good reviews (I don`t know how they got it) and big promises:
1) The Guys showed up at my door and told that I will be charged extra $120 for using the tapes to pack my items. I would have liked them to tell that in advance so that I could have arranged it on my own from The Home Depot for less than $50 but OK, not a big problem. I paid them extra money on pick up.
2) My nightmare started on delivery - The guy showed up at my place with the biggest possible truck. He himself told me that this is even larger than the large trucks. And said I will charge you $75 for longhaul and another $75 because there is 1 flight of stairs inside the townhome. Extra $150. Still fine. I really wished at that time that my items are safe
3) Next, when they started unloading the stuff, my worst dream is coming true
3.1 Dining Table legs are broken, rendering a $600 dining table useless
3.2 My Kitchn Boxes are all eaten away with rats. I had to throw away all my kitchen items. YES, their warehouses are rat infested.
3.3. The guys lost the screws for the bed. I was left with dismantled pieces of bed frames and no place to sleep
3.4 If it was not enough, the guys unwrapped the couches and it was full of rat shit. Yes, it is true, Rat Shit. All my couches are spoiled now and I am finding ways to either throw them away or get it professionally cleaned.
3.5 Moreover, it seems that have just 6-7 trucks as against what their Sales Rep Bruce will tell you. He told me his company has more than 24 trucks. The guy who delivered at my place never worked for Uber movers
