We were overcharged by almost double our original quote from Frank and Tom in the sales department. We were never told about dimensions, packaging costs, booking fee, or mileage additions. We contacted customer service department, sales and operations over 30 times with no solution or response. We spoke with Frank and Michael in the sales team who only directed us to customer service. Once we reached customer service we spoke with Shawna and Marisa and they directed us back to sales. None of the employees were helpful in any department on the countless occasions we called. We were promised 3 movers and only 2 men showed up, were charged for additional packing materials we were not made aware of, additional mileage costs, we had to reassemble half of our own furniture when we were told they would do it, our order did not include any dining room furniture which was asked on our original estimate, a booking fee of $300 we also were not told about, and the sales agent marked all of our belongings as "small" without our knowledge or even asked what size our furniture was (we would have happily supplied exact measurements) so we were up charged for all of our belongings. We even moved up our departure, at your company's request by two days, which moved all of our responsibilities up, to accommodate your needs. The movers then showed up with one less man, which made the promised "2-3" hour move into 6.5 hours process. This delay in turn delayed our departure, we hit the snowstorm we had scheduled to miss, with the timeline provided from your company, and had to stop and pay for a hotel. Yet another expense. We made our down payment on January 4th with Tom Vandermosten of $424.32 with a visa and our total cost was to be $2002.29. We ended up having to pay a total of $3,152.92. Our job number was us6488872.
