No answer after they have taken deposit. Customer service hangs up when answered and question orginal quote. They state in state have own trucks and drivers work for them. Mover shows up with a rental enterprise truck from another company Energy LLC with contract from RVL Run Van Lines and after items load states the quote is now 97.27% higher than quoted after already given 30% deposit. Now your items are being held hostage and says call police. USA TOP MOVERS then says does know who Energy LLC is. In order to get items back need to get a post office money order so that nothing is traced but it is to be made out to USA TOP MOVERS they do not use their own license number it is under Run Van Lines which if you yelp shows out of business.
