They facetimed us so we could show them parking, flight of stairs the guys would have to traverse and also asked to see the boxes and furniture they would need to move and load, this is a very modern moving company. When Unified Van Lines arrived they asked for direction and followed through to our exact wants. Delivery and unloading went off without a hitch and finalizing the paperwork was detailed and easy to understand. I've moved around a lot and this was by far the most efficient and effective way to move ever.
