Initial quote was $2498. Before the pick date they called and said they will come 3 days delay. It started there. After I told them i will cancel it , they said truck will come for pickup date. On pickup day truck came around 5.00 PM and they said they dont enough supplies and they asked for more money by saying more stuff is there. Finally they charged $3900 instead of $2498. Also before pick up they charged 25% and they will charge 50% at the time for pickup. But during pickday they charged 70%. They said items will be delivered in 2-5 days. It took 12 days for them, that too me and wife called them several times a day after day 5. If you will several times, they will answer only one time and will items will be delivered soon. Coordinator never attend our call after pickup date. I ordered for full package moving for both loading and unloading. Coordinator told while quoting , they will fix tv mount and connect washer and dryer. But when delivery comes driver said he won't do it. When I try to call the company, they never lift the call asusual. Very bad movers. They are not honest and royal. Don't go for this company.
