I patiently waited for the respondent from the other side. A few seconds later, the call was picked and I was addressed in one of the most welcoming voices I have ever heard. I had called United Royal Van Lines operators to make some minor inquiries before hiring them out. I got more than I asked for because everything was explained to me in details.
