This was going to be my first move using a company to move me. I started getting quotes and was so confused so I just booked with the company that gave me the lowest price. Well after I booked I still kept getting calls from movers which I declined telling them I was all set. Chris and I had spoke before and he was very nice so when he called to follow up on the quote he gave me I politely told him I booked the move with someone else already. Well he said ok no problem but may I ask who you booked with and why. I told him who and told him the price. Thank God I did because he knew the name and told me some details regarding the company and where to verify those details and that I should be cautious. I told him ok will look at those sites and I was mortified. The company had no insurance and had its licensed revoked. I called Chris back , thanked him and promptly gave him my business. The movers arrived on time and did a great job. They took care with my goods and were very polite and professional. The quote stayed the same and I am glad I went with a legit company even though it cost me a little more. Special thanks to you Chris for your professionalism following up I believe you may have saved me from a horrible moving experience should I have used that other company.
