Submitted my information online. I was literally shocked by the massive amounts of companies that received my request. It was almost unbelievable, I had gathered my 3 quotes requested by my employer.
I am still receiving calls to this day and my move has already gone and went.
United West was the first company to contact me, I spoke to Jason, he was very informative and helpful. He guided me through the process and I did in fact listen to his advice. The other companies were also very helpful. It was a close decision but I went with United because they were local AND the included a few more services that this other company did not include. (30 days FREE storage and FREE packing of certain items). I also decided to use them because of their reviews, I am the type of person that I research everything, appliances, movies and even hotels. Consumers need to be informed. I also review these service/places to give my perspective to others who at some point have helped me.
This is why I am writing this review, United is a great moving company. Moving is very stressful and there are a lot of things that you need to have in place that I was not aware of until I spoke and chose United.
It was almost like I didn't even feel the move and I thank United West for making things so simple for me.
It was this simplicity and over customer service from beginning to end that made me want to write this review.
I also really liked that they provided me with a not to exceed estimate which means there were no variables, no bait and switch tactics and no hidden fees. This is important when your doing a move paid for by your employer.
