1. Estmate was not even close to actual charges although an accurate package count and furntiture types were given.
2. No package count or weight given at pick up time by move after loading.
3. No Package count or weight given at delivery but charges were doubled due to "weight and package count greater than estimate"
4. Several items damaged
5. Sales person was deceptive... said they would accept a credit card for payment then demanded cash on delivery. Tried to change the price on a car pickup after quoting it..
Terrible overall service. Our company moves employees all the time and we will never consider this company for any moves. Strongly recommend a different mover to anyonbe.
