I was a little reluctant to chose a moving company for my move. I have heard a lot of horror stories and even though my items are not priceless, they are very important, and expensive enough for me. I did chose Universe Express, Inc. on a detail look on the internet and checking all reviews, and referrals. I did make the right choice. My sales rep Sue explained every detail of my move to me. She left nothing out, she told me about mileage, materials, etc. The movers showed up on time, wrapped all my furniture, brought it to my new apartment, put all the furniture it is right place, and it was the same price as quoted. I am now a referral for Sue and Universe Express. I highly recommend them to my family and friends. Edwin and his crew were the best, very professional, neat and did not take their time. I even had to force them to eat and drink, but Edwin waited until the move was complete. I thank you Universe Express, Sue and the movers for a job well done. You get a 5 star rating from me.
