I was referred to Universe Express by a very close friend that used them before so I called and spoke with Nicole, she was very friendly and explained the moving process to me. She told me that I had to be very accurate with my inventory list so she can be accurate with the estimate. Good thing for me I am a very thorough and meticulous person. I went over every single detail with her and we were able to get an estimate altogether which was priced in my budget . On the day of the move I meet the foramen that walked through the house with me and went over everything I wanted to be moved, what was staying behind and what needed to be packed so nothing was misplaced. I also had some items I needed to be disposed and I showed them to him as well since this service was given to me for free. The crew did an excellent job, they worked hard and neatly and made the move very easy. I decided I had to share my positive experience and my positive points for good service. The only thing I can say to other people looking to use any company is to make sure you have a very detailed list and tell them everything that you are moving. I did, and my price ended up being very close to the estimate they gave me. I would recommend then to friends and family as well.
