Move not bad storage sucked!

The movers were actually all good guys and got the job done. The available truck was inadequate to complete the move so an extra trip and 3 extra hours were the result. We moved into storage, the inventory control process was non-existent and some valuable items disappeared. When inquiries were made Ethan explained they were probably thrown out, can you imagine my antique dresser mirror thrown out nice!!!. No real concern shown. When asked for some retribution, all I received were claim forms and lip service.
Like I said the movers weren't bad but forget storage and get a binding price not a variable one.
