We were cheated into the transaction with a lowball estimate! The estimate given was for 7 hours of labor plus materials for a cost of $1200. The job instead cost $1500 which took 12 hours because the employees were wasting time texting on their cell phone & somehow extra materials were required which wasn't identified during the estimate. They were going to charge an extra $500 but we had to argue & negotiate it down to $300 extra. The employees refused to reassemble the baby's crib. The employees had a hard time reassembling the bed and dressor mirror. The employees did not give good customer service, they gave an attitude, and did not answer questions clearly. They left their trash inside and outside of the house. The truck looked like a disgrace and was full of graffiti.
