My name is Suzanne and the reason I am writing this letter is to Thank my moving crew for the great job they did.I moved from Lexington Ky to Gaithersburg Md and I found Victory Van Lines online.I have read many reviews about them and I even called some people who moved with them just to make sure everything I have read was true.I am so happy with my choice and I for sure will have them as my moving company again.They called me 24 hours in advance to confirm my pick up date with me.They told me between 8am/10am morning, and at 8am they were at my home in Ky.First the foremen with the name Vladan explained all contract to me very clearly and politely. They packed and protected my belongings very well and carefully.Before they used any boxes they explained to me why they had to use the box.They never packed anything without me giving them the authorization to do so.They even gave me some boxes for free to use for my Flat Screen Tv.The guys that came were very clean, quick and with sense of humor.I just did not feel like this was my moving day. Basically many people say that moving is very stressful but I did not feel any stress but fun due to the nice crew I had(Thank you).In regards the price I paid was what I expected .There were some additional charges but I knew for them because everything was explained to me very clearly.Once again thank you so much for everything and I will be more then happy to use Victory Van Lines again because they are fantastic. People listen to me you will never regret if you choose Victory Van Lines as your moving company believe me.
