After calling a few companies of interest, I was impressed with the honesty of the salesperson for Viper. I was moving for the first time, leaving my home in California..so I told them my concerns about my thing getting lost or damaged items, which were acknowledge.  I decided to take to with them and am very happy to say that it paid off. 
The movers for both the pick up and the drop off were very polite, friendly, and professional.  They were careful with my items as well as not damaging my properties.  I must admit that some of the boxes were in bad shape but fortunately I had well packed all of my items so the damage was minimal. Most importantly, nothing was lost!
