In my opinion this company did a good job with our long distance move. I honestly don't remember the name of the guy from customer service, but he was so nice and patient.
I had a few small items that were damaged, like some glasses, but I blame myself cause I didn't packed them properly. But in general everything that was important to me, and my family, were recieved in great conditions.
The best was that everything did arrive on time.  The last time we moved with another company we waited over 4 weeks to receive our stuff and no communication.  This time it was easy to track our shipment, and we were able to have our possessions back and fast. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. 
And I would recommend them due to their customer service.
