There are many well reviewed companies, please choose another. First, I was quoted by Sam that my move of a 2 bedroom house would be $1700. When the mover, Sean, arrived, he shockingly stated that the items were much more than the quote. Then came the "bargaining". This raised the cost from 1700 to 3700. If they were professionals and this is what they do for a living, wouldn't they be more accurate at their quotes? Off by more than twice? We could not afford 3700, and told them we could not do it for that price. After my wife was in tears because we could not afford no more than 3000 to have ours and our babies belongings moved, they said for 3000 they would not take everything. Being the last day of our stay in the house, we were in a bad situation. This is what they prey upon. Now we don't have a bed, my toddlers don't have their beds, we had to leave their bassinet and dressers and many boxes of memories. During the process of bagging us as customers, Sam called us twice a day, every day to try to get us to use them. But after they loaded our belongings, there was no contact, no calls. Calls were answered by only someone who would take messages and were never returned. We had chosen the storage option, but we needed some documents that my wife had boxed away. I even tried to fly back to CA to go to the storage facility to get the needed boxes so my son could enroll in school, but was told it was in transit. Three weeks later, my boxes showed up smashed, tape had been cut, even re-taped with tape I didn't use, plastic totes broken and my wife and older child's laptops were stolen along with other items like vases and watches. Was told to make a claim, 0.60/lb. Gee, that means my grandfather's watch would be worth 12 cents. How did they even dig to find the watch? I felt like a tornado went through my belongings and left everything in scraps. There are many companies competing for your business, choose another. Do not make the same mistake I did.
