My opinion: This is likely one of the worst moving companies i have worked with. After the sales honeymoon when you are the top priority for them, the moving experience was terrible. There was no communication during the move when I asked for a status. I was left in the dark. The delivery took the longest within the last 21st day of the allowable delivery window. While this is allowed contractually, it just makes the worst moving experience ever. No one wants to contract with a company that will deliver your items at the very last possible time. When the deliver people came, they did a terrible job. For example, they left a treadmill fully packaged. They should have unpacked it and left it in a place that i desired, and according to the contract. Then an item was lost. When filing for claims, they say they will contact you within 7 business days. I called and they said someone will call you back, they never did. Even though i have a 2nd coast to coast move, I will make sure i will never use this moving company again.
