I contracted White Glove Moving company for our move from Indiana to Ohio. They were so unbelievably bad. I would have rather gotten a uhaul, it would have been much less stressful. Their customer service is a joke and their sales people were total idiots. I never talk of people that way but the deserve this review. My items were supposed to be in next week now they want to drop them off on a Sunday. My family is having our Thanksgiving on Sunday and they would not work around it so I have to miss it. I am just so mad, so I tried to contact someone and there is no one to contact. They contact you, you do not contact them. No one will give you a precise date when things come in. I guess you just have to be assume it will be whenever they want. Don't make plans because your stuff might come in. I just feel helpless, we paid a ton of money to have our stuff moved for us and I can't really blow off at them becaue Im scared they might damage our stuff. The movers were very nice and pleasant though. There were only 2 of them so big moves take forever. This company just blows. Go with someone else. We went through the Chicago division.
