My items arrived last night here in philly. The White Glove driver Steve and his crew did a fantastic job offloading the items. I kind of dropped the ball with them by forgetting to reserve my elevator. White Glove patiently worked out a solution that worked for both of us. The customer service staff show immense professionalism and i am thankful i selected them. I would call them if i was moving again.
