In one word this company is FANTASTIC!! I had a last minute move. I was one of those people that had reserved with a low cost mover that then canceled on me the day of the move. As soon as I heard the news I called Casper right away, I remembered he had warned me of this very situation. He was one of the higher priced movers that I had eliminated due to my budget and even though he warned me I still wanted to believe that it would be possible to find good movers at a better price. When I called he was kind and understanding and stuck with the original price! He found a spot for me within a few days. I was ecstatic that I was still able to move with them. A small army of movers showed up on the day of the move, on time! They went about their business quickly and efficiently. They were courteous to my whole family and even patient with my 2year old that kept running around them. When they were done the price went up a bit because I had failed to mention all the plastic bins I had hidden away in a closet. They gave me the choice to leave them and stick to the original price or take them for the additional cost. I thought that was just plain good business. I didn’t feel pressured into a new price I felt it was honest and clear. I have received my items in very good shape and they reassembled everything they had taken apart. I also thought that was a plus because I don’t think I could have done it. I want to share my great experience with everyone because I think like me many get trapped in the sales pitch of these low end movers and then get stuck with some bad people. I am now grateful that the other movers canceled. It was well worth the price the amazing experience I had with White Glove.
