1) Customer service will not call you back (and does not answer their phones). Tried to contact them 3 times about 3 different issues. Nothing. 2) Dispatch lies - they tell you what you want to hear. 3) The salespeople lie. They, too, tell you what you want to hear. They do not communicate accurately with your actual mover, who is an independent contractor. 4) We were told that the mover would arrive between 10-12 on Monday. He actually arrived at 5pm on Tuesday. He worked until 1am loading the vehicle - we were forced to stay up until 1am, and arise again at 5 to clean the home before heading to the closing. 5) We were told our mover would drop the items 48 hours later (which was when we would have the keys to the new home). He was told to drop them 24 hours later, and he was scheduled to pick up someone else's stuff immediately thereafter. To accommodate our needs (the mixup was the fault of the salesman, whom we were never able to contact again - and not for lack of trying) the driver dropped our items early - and began unloading his truck at 2am (yes - you read that correctly). No company should ask their movers to work at 2 am; no company should ask their customers to arise at 1:30 am in order to be available to the movers. 6) The movers heavily damaged a few items. They gave us an email address to email them the estimate for repairs. This email address was not a working email address. We paid for the repairs ourselves (e.g. 6 inch tears across the front of a leather couch, gouged dining room table, entertainment center door nearly broken in two). We did not read online reviews of this company. Had we done so, we would never have used them. We cannot recommend their services to ANYONE. There's a reason they're much less expensive than any other company. You get what you pay for.
