My experience started with the movers arriving late by two days. When they finally called, it was the police that contacted me because the movers tried to enter a gated community at 11:00pm at night. The Movers did not speak a word of English so it was impossible to hold a conversation. They finished loading up at 2:00am. They arrived 3 days late at the delivery address with no contact during that time. I finally contacted World Moving Services and they were both rude and could not provide me any information. They contract out to movers outside their company, and do not help the customer when things go wrong. The movers charged me five hundred dollars above the qoute. For your own good do not use these movers, their actions border criminality and dishonesty.
