This company mis represents itself as a moving service when they are acually a broker for cut rate untrustworthy movers. There is a big bait and switch going on here in that they give you a great rate and get a deposit, then revise in a few weeks later, get another deposit then a few days before really revise their estimate and then you're stuck. Since they never actually come to look at what you have, they are still low. Then the russian mob run Victory Van Line shows up, throws everything you own into the most expensive boxes they can, which is what they called packing service, damaging countless items including irreplaceable antiques and collectables, and then hold you hostage at your home with your belongings and demands $4000 more dollars to move. World moving services then basically disappears, wont return calls, wont put a manager on the phone, wont tell you who is in charge, anything. Then when our stuff was supposed to arrive within 5 says (Idon't know why it would even take that long) it didn't arrive for 2 WEEKS and with absolutely no apologies or feigned excuses. absolutely disgraceful!! They did not assist in unpacking either which they were supposed to do and what we paid for. Please don't get conned by the smooth talkers like we did. And warn your friends too. Tell everybody you know...DON'T USE WORLD MOVING SERVICES!!!or VICTORY VAN LINES.
