I hired Xpress movers to move furniture as well as expensive clothing and furs from Michigan to Virginia. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Xpress Movers was responsible for packing and delivering my belongings. I wanted to unpack. I value my belonging and took pictures of everything to ensure they arrived in the same condition and they absolutely did!
The communication with the salesman was excellent. The company kept me aware of schedules every step of the way. I was working with a 2 week timeline and they accommodated me with no problem. The two man team that was sent to my home was respectful, professional and very polite. They took great care in packing my belonging. They wrapped everything! I saw how securely my items were packed on the truck. They worked with very little breaks.
The same two gentlemen delivered my items. They were fast and efficient and when they left, there was no mess. They set-up all of the furniture that needed it such as bedding, mirrors, etc. The best part was the only surprise was that the estimate exceeded the actual cost so I spent less than anticipated!!
