Unprofessional, inconsiderate, never again!

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!
I read the reviews and can confirm that they are not isolated events. From beginning to end this was literally the worst experience EVER.
Problem 1:
Movers were supposed to arrive at 3pm. Arrived at 11 pm with only 2 movers and one of them had a broken foot. The moving truck had no light in it so we had to drive around back and turn our car brights on to light the inside of the truck. We had to help the mover move our apartment and were not done until 6 a.m. We had to shower and head to work.
Problem 2:
There was little flexibility in giving a discount for the problems we encountered. Annie, the woman who answers the phone and does most of the business dealings was rude and inconsiderate and blamed us. Not once did she apologize and made all sorts of excuses as to why this occurred.
Problem 3:
The two young men who delivered our stuff delivered it on time and were great. We reconsidered our judgement of them, for a second. However we noticed that they were unloading other people's things and we had to give back several boxes. Our ottoman was lost and when we looked in the truck it was missing. The young man asked us to sign the sheet anyway and promised to call us when he'd tracked it down. Needless to say no call returned.
Problem 4:
When we asked one of the young men how much they made he told us $10/hour. A little bit of exploitation? Especially considering these guys were working 24 hour shifts, doing 4-5 moves in one day and then driving across state lines to deliver furniture at 3 in the morning.
Problem 5:
As we unpacked we discovered that 8 boxes were missing!!! These included rare and irreplaceable book collections. When we called we were told by Jacob, the other businessman, that we would receive a call back in 2-3 days. Of course, no call. No apologies. Nothing.
NEVER EVER EVER consider these guys. They lack professionalism, honesty, and pride in their work.
