We hired Xtreme Movers based on their fantastic reviews from this and other website reviews. However, they lack credibility, honesty and promptness. They never informed us our home belongings will be unloaded into their New Jersey warehouse after pickup on July 7th from our house. They promised to deliver our things on July 15th but not later than by several days while the truck is enroute to destination. After the 15th they false promised that the truck will soon be loaded and sent on the road when in fact it should have been done before the 15th. On the 22nd of July they admitted their truck was not loaded with our property nor on the road to deliver our belongings which is now considered under hostage. It's now apparent that they'll hold onto our property for indefinite period of time while 2/3 of the service is already paid for. We asked to be connected to a supervisor or manager but they refused! We are stranded at the destination without our home furnishing.
