We chose Bailey's Allied to move from Utah to Florida because we heard good reviews about their honesty. They quoted us $4,200 and charged us $2,300 after the move was completed (I guess I overestimated the weight of our belongings). They moved the date of the pick-up back one day but it wasn't a problem, and they were willing to keep it the same day if we needed them to. The guys made it to our apartment building on time on the specified day even though it was a snowstorm. They had all our stuff moved out within two hours and were friendly and professional.
Our stuff arrived in Florida on the day they had estimated. None of our glasses or other kitchen valuables were broken. However, our piano pedals were missing, and the driver claimed no knowledge of that. We submitted a claim for the amount to repair the pedals, and Allied Van Lines (the national company that Bailey's uses) was prompt to refund us our money (after losing our initial claim). Overall, we were very satisfied with Bailey's Allied and would use this company again.
