Learn from my mistakes - 1/3 deposit. Picked up in a Penske rental truck. Made me sign blank documents. Put my household in a warehouse in Las Vegas. Never delivered my stuff on the agreed date. I had to get advice from an attorney on how to get my stuff delivered. Received and email from Aviad Lankri Advi@transvanlines.com . Phone number listed on Trans Van Lines is same that Avi's Express dispatch uses. Only had their DOT license to deliver households since November, 2013. http://li-public.fmcsa.dot.gov/reports/rwservlet FRAUDS! It took me 30 days, and calling the police to get my stuff delivered. The first delivery drive called from a Las Angeles number, then I got a call from some driver from Washington DC. Upon delivery, a company called Grand Express Van Lines unloaded my stuff that had been thrown into the back of the truck. My boxes looked like they had been through hell. Broken items, boxes misnumbered against the Bill of Lading, wet and dirt and one even had cigarette butts in it. I sure they had been moved from truck to truck. After unloading, my television was nowhere to be found. SURPRISE!! This was the worse experience I have been through. For 30 days I had no idea if I would ever see my life again, family pictures ext. Do not make the same mistake I did, look at the links above and do your research. Read the reviews on this site carefully and make a decision whether you believe they are written by the same person. Overall I spoke to people in Las Vegas, Florida, Las Angeles and Washington DC. Nobody would give a full answer to any questions.
