My Name is Bob Stulka. I live in Manhattan and have lived in this city for over 15 years. I know about moving companies, I have moved many times.
When I needed to move last week on 01/15/2012, my movers did not show up. I called Best Move No. 1 from an add on Craigslist list.
They were kind enough to help me move the same day. Within 1 hour they were here wrapping my furniture in blankets and taking my things to their truck.
At no time did I see any one taking it easy, or talking on their cell phones. They moved me fast and did a really good job. I was impressed with their professionalism.
One man did stay at the truck, to make sure nothing happened to all my boxes and life's possessions, and also to be ware of tickets. I agreed to this smart move on thier part, imagine the truck sitting there with all my valuable things, just waiting for someone to come by and take something, not to mention a $105.00 ticket for double parking. The last mover I had charged me for this ticket and I had to pay.
I thought everything they did made sense, was smart, and helped me in the end to have a flawless move. I was not charged anything extra, only the time to move me, plus 2 boxes I agreed to pay for.
I have suggested to my brother and he used them yesterday and also said his move was fantastic. I would recommend this company to my Mother.
Call them, they do Moving Right.
