When I needed to moved from the Bronx to Riverdale, New York,
I filled out a form on-line and within minutes I had more telephone calls coming in from
Movers than I could handle. One lady caught my attention. She was extremely pleasant and I liked her accent so much, I continued to talk to her long after she had given me my estimate. Needless to say, I chose her moving company for my move. I just felt like she could not possibly be like the horror stories I have read on line about some moving companies. I was right. The movers showed up on time, and did the job just like the lady told me ( Her name was Jane ). There were NO EXTRA costs, a concern of mine, from reading on line horror stories. The estimate was for a crew of 3 movers, the truck, dollies, blankets and tape. Everything was supposed to be included, as long as I was packed and had no unpacked glass or breakables, there would be NO extra charges. I was ready, 3 men came into my apartment, wrapped my furniture, loaded their truck and away they went. The estimate was for a 4 - 5 hour job, it took them 5 hours. I gladly paid $375.00, which is 5 hours times $75/Hr.. No Hassles, no headaches, simply a pleasure to work with. I Highly recommend these movers for anyone needing any kind of move. Because I watched the entire moving process from start to finish, and I saw the men working the entire time, I paid the 5 hours, without mentioning the estimate was a 4 - 5 hour estimate. Many factors accounted for the extra hour, and I saw the process, so I did not mention the extra hour needed to finish my moving job. Again, they were simply terrific.
