I recommend eCarMovers based on the transport of my car from Washington state to California. The transport was prompt, safe and courteous. I had reviewed some dozen transport companies prior to engaging eCar. While most claimed “5 star” rating, unfortunately the ratings did not reflect the complaints, listed separately, some of which were horrific. I contacted Jill at eCar and told her of my concern about the responsibility of companies and drivers, the latter of whom were neither rated nor referenced directly. Jill assured me that eCar used only drivers who had satisfactory records. Jill then arranged for the driver, Mr. Garcia, to pick up my car at my earliest available date. Mr. Garcia was very courteous both at pickup and delivery. The transport was as quick as promised. There were no problems. Jill, at eCar, was available on several occasions prior to transport as well as afterward to clear up my several questions. The price was moderate and in line with that of other brokers. Overall, a very satisfactory service.
