Very poor customer service experience

I have moved many times over the years but this was absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. In a nutshell 1) When I arrived at my 88 year old mother's house, the lead mover was literally YELLING at her re: that she did not have everything boxed up and there was more inventory than priced (it cost us 800 dollars more than estimate!) I Almost thought I would have to call the police - the guy had no people skills and treated his staff very poorly - really bad. I calmed things down and the move was completed 2) It took over 30 days to receive the inventory (for just 500 miles) Every time I called to check on the status, I was given a runaround, long hold times, "nothing we can do about it" etc - they were responsive until they got the business and then it was a vortex of no information,.... 3) My mom is old and sick and this move really causes her alot of unnecessary aggravation. 4) When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he was extremely argumentative and non-empathetic. Would not recommend this service
