Horrible Customer Service

I had a scheduled move between 9-10AM, which was CONFIRMED the week before AND the day before. That morning I could not reach anyone before 10AM, and when I did they said I was scheduled for the afternoon. They said they would get someone there between 12-1PM, best they could do. It was almost 2PM when they showed up, and whenever I called they were “minutes away”. So I had to wait 5 hrs for the service to begin. Unbearable when moving from your ex-husbands and waiting with your ex-mother-in-law for 5 hrs. At the end of the trip (the packing guys were great), I was offered $5 off the hourly rate. They never acknowledged that they messed up with the time. So my time was worth less than $5/hr. AND, I was originally told there was a 2hr minimum, but they insisted it was 3hr, plus the 1.5hr travel time. I spent $517 plus tip on 2hr of work, got yelled at, and lied to repeatedly throughout the day. The actual movers were great, but the office doesn’t know that when they mess up, the customer should be taken care of. He actually said I should be happy they were done by 4PM, when I should have been done by noon. Horrible customer service!!!! Only hire them if you’re SURE nothing will go wrong because they WILL NOT care about you.
