Movers were extremely late, we wanted a morning pickup but they gave us an afternoon schedule and did not even honor that. We were not told about a lot of extra charges, when I specifically asked if there are any when I got my quote. We ended up paying almost double of what we were quoted and they wanted to charge us extra for taping our glass top table with a piece of cardboard!!!!!!!! That was ridiculous. After some inquiry over the phone, the sales rep said to just tip the movers extra and we would not be charged, which in fact equals just paying for the service, and the mover said to not say anything to the office and they would do it anyway... meaning that they were expecting to be rewarded for this great service. THey also broke our landlord's lamp, which has still not been replaced and probably will not be, which will cost us our deposit. THEY EVEN POURED THEIR GARBAGE INTO ONE OF OUR PACKED BAGS!!!! I CAME LATER TO PICK UP OUR LAST THINGS AND THE CHINESE FOOD TRASH WAS SPLATTERED OVER MY CLOTHES! HORRIBLE!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. WE EVEN HAD TO ASSEMBLE OUR FURNITURE BACK TOGETHER OURSELVES OTHERWISE WE WOULD HAVE PAID TRIPLE!
