They arrived on the early end of the three hour window and were out of our two bedroom apartment in about two hours. The entire move lasted around 4 hours. They did charge us a bit more for our extra boxes, but, in the end, it was still cheaper than any other quote I'd found. The only complaint that I have is a broken lampshade, but it was hanging on by a thread to begin with.
