Packers did half the work agreed on and then when I asked for a refund of half the money the local rep went bonkers. Manager came over and informed me he was only bringing a 28' truck and that once it was full, we would have to leave the rest of our belongings behind. They had agreed and signed contract to move 10,200 lbs, but later refused to do what the contract said. Left us high and dry. Would never use them or recommend them.
