Giving them ONE STAR is making me sick to my stomach...
The absolute worst company, of any kind, I have ever dealt with. And I had no choice! They were subcontracted by the company I hired to move my family from Virginia to Arizona. From the moment their "packers" showed up I knew I was in for hell. The first thing the team leader said to me was he'd need $150 dollars (in CASH!) because my driveway was slightly inclined. I'm not one for drama... and the stories I have on this move are countless. They refuse to answer their phones, they promise call backs and NEVER return calls,... My wife's computer never showed up in Arizona (among other things) and the manager (Moses or Moshe .. not sure how to say it) PROMISED me a call back the following week because he wanted to look in a few places and talk to the driver... NEVER called me back and I've been calling them for three straight weeks. Left a voicemail ever single time (Mercy is the customer service lady's name) and NEVER get called back.
I'm so serious about thiscompany's disgusting behavior that I am filing a complaint with the DoT, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the BBB, and posting these WARNINGS on ever review site I can.
Moving is stressful enough... but this company should be shut down immediately. I'm begging you, save yourself the stress and pain of having to deal with this company.
One other story from this move that should be a warning... (I have many)... their driver abandonded my wife at the delivery address in Arizona because he need to take a shower. He left three guys at her house to finish unpacking while he showered. The guys finished but the driver (A Moving Express employee) never came back. These guys needed him to drive them home... AND they needed to be paid by him!!! My wife FINALLY got a hold of him and he'd been detained by the police!!!! He didn't have the proper parerwork in his truck!!! What kind of company hires drivers who don't take the time to do the appropriate paperwork. Professionals KNOW what they're doing... This guy didn't!!!
Again... this is but one story.
I will be posting one story every time I call them to respond to my missing stuff... like my wife's $3,000 work computer... my kid's XBOX... hmm, notice a theme to the MISSING items??????
