Long story short...BBB has dropped this company. Got a quote with an itemized list of my things. Day of pick up added an extra $1000. I was not there to sign. Their Itemized list does not match mine . They took $1143 out of my account and are now demanding $850 more...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. John the "owner" and his assistant Tammy are rude, unprofessional, don't answer calls and just demand their money. They are holding my things hostage until I pay the extra money...so sad. Some movers have to be corrupt and I chose one of them,
