BECAREFUL AT DROP OFF TIME...NOT ALL IT CRACK OUT TO BE

Hi Jason, I really enjoyed your services as a sale rep. You were very patience in working with me to meet my needs. But I was so disappointed at your "Movers". First, one mover was on my 12 years old son's bike riding up the truck as I watch from my kitchen window when they picked the items. I addressed that it was not a "cool" thing cause he could have pop the tires...no apology but has a grin from him. I thanked your personnel anyway..."just make sure they take care of our belongings". What was most disappointing was your "Russian" drivers in FL. He called at 11am, told me he call after 4pm...not calls at 5pm so I called him, then he said 6pm. My cousin waited til 7pm still no calls...and when I did he got short and angry at me...as I was trying to explain to him that she has small kids and it's getting dark...and it's difficult to move in the darkness. He got lost and when he got there...I find out a simi-truck...thinking simi-truck across country but a uhaul or enterprise truck like you had when picked up the items was to deliver...of course not simi truck would ever fit in a residential areas...that's common sense. I tried calling your dispatcher to see what we can do that was feasible for all parties...you think your company would give a courtesy call back and work it with me..NO, your dispatcher did not that is why I left 6 messages because your driver refused to even help my friend bring it to the apartment after he bring his truck to help...Instead of making your truck bring back the goods the next day and unload to another truck ....me and my parties tried to save all that hassle and all we asked was to help bring to the apartment from his truck and since your other movers took the bunkbed apart and twin bed apart to help put it back together...Instead the Drivers said unless we cough up $100 bucks cash, they wouldn't do that...Well I was very upset in leaving those messages because how do you expect the children to sleep in a bed that was paid to disassemble and suppose to reassemble...I paid you these services which your company personnel refused to meet unless I give another $100 per the dispatcher...this is why you lose customers! You lost two referrals in this case...one was military family and another was American Express employee...$100 was nothing to me...the fact that the service and how it was handle was very ill manners! and unprofessional...Basicly you just drop the stuff on the curve and said screw you! when these drivers did this-totally WRONG! I will give you good rating on your patience and trying to be a great sale person...the rest of your personnels SUCKS!!!! conartist I called them...totally wrong they are not even meeting us half way...all it was are kids bunkbed and twin bed and mirrors..too bad you lost $10k in additional clienteles at least.
