SCAM!! Be careful with this company! User be warned!
This company quoted me for $360 for the move on the phone. When the workers arrived, they claimed that packing is needed because it was required by law (including cheap mattress and cheap bed frame.) And of course each packaging material required for the move charging 500% mark up ($20 a box, $7 a roll of tape...etc) They also conveniently forget to mention about upstairs cost even though I told them it was moving into an apartment and I told them it was 2nd floor. So the cost shot up to $1k after they loaded everything into their truck. I have no choice other than paying them in other to get my things back.
I have called customer support many times. Each time I called, they said their supervisor was not present. They never return calls even though they said they would. Customers support was rude, and even put me on hold during middle of our conversation for 20minutes and still without answer. No, these customer service people were not helpful at all.
There are plenty of other good moving company out there. Do not use this one!
