I'm long overdue for this review. Unique van lines has moved my family three times now, and everyone has been great. This time, they worked with me as I had to reschedule the move twice - once because we decided to refinish the floors and needed some extra time, then again because we had a mix-up on reserving the freight elevator. Both times, they were super friendly about finding a time that worked for us. We had a crew of three movers to get us from a place with an elevator to a second floor walk-up place a few states away. They were able to move us, with a ton of boxes and a fairly large amount of furniture, in just over a few hours. The crew works efficiently, and they were really careful about wrapping everything up and making sure it was well secured. I doubt I'll be moving again anytime in the near future, but if I were, I would absolutely use these guys again.
