Excellent service from Robert B Cellitti of United Van Lines

I chose United to move me from Pennsylvania to Ohio because their international branch had recently moved me from England to Pennsylvania. I actually received a comparable quote from one of the top-rated companies listed on moverreviews.com, but a recent reviewer said that the top-rated company had rescheduled his move at the last minute, forcing him to find another company at short notice and at considerable personal expense. When I phoned my local branch of United Van Lines (operated by Robert B Cellitti) they assured me that they would never do such a thing to their customers, and that if a delivery overran, they would sooner rent a U-Haul themselves than leave a customer in the lurch. Unlike many other companies, they did NOT require a deposit, and when my own schedule went haywire, they rescheduled me at the last minute to accommodate my needs. They were really nice about it and reassured me that they were used to this happening. When the packers arrived, I was unaware that the actual loading was scheduled for later in the week. I immediately panicked because I had arranged a whole schedule of house-cleaning and stopover hotels on the basis that my possessions would be loaded the same day they were packed. I telephoned Karen at Robert B Cellitti and she immediately rescheduled the loading to occur right after the packers left. The van arrived in Ohio with all our goods in perfect condition, and all the office, loading and unloading staff we dealt with were fantastic. They also charged less than estimated, and after we had paid, they sent me a further refund, bringing the total to well below what I had anticipated. So on the basis of dealing with 2 of the United Van Lines companies - UTC abroad and Robert B Cellitti in Pennsylvania - I would unhesitatingly recommend this company to anyone planning a move anywhere in the US or the rest of the world.
